Portland, OR - Vistar Corporation, a food distribution company headquartered in Centennial, Colo., has signed a long-term lease for 102,988 square feet of industrial space at the LogistiCourt at Portal Way in Portland, Ore., announced Kirk L. Olsen, the Regional Manager for national developer, DP Partners.
Recently named to the top 120 largest private companies in Forbes Magazine, Vistar Corporation operates two businesses (Vistar Specialty Markets and Roma Foodservice) in the food distribution industry. As a top 10 foodservice distributor in the United States, Vistar Corporation serves over 33,000 customers in 50 states through 42 distribution centers.
"DP Partners is proud to welcome such a quality company as the first tenant in our LogistiCourt building which will be completed in March 2008," Olsen said.
Located at 18201 NE Portal Way, the 264,984 square foot LogistiCourt at Portal Way facility sits on 13.5 acres of land located within Portland's Columbia Corridor. LogistiCourt is less than one mile from I-84 Exit 13, and six miles east of the Portland International Airport. The facility features 30' clear-height ceilings, 50 truck docks, six drive-in doors, typical bay sizes of 52' by 55' with 60' speed bays, parking for 183 cars and an ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) fire-suppression system.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding cancer research, education and patient services. Established in 1988, the Dermody Properties Foundation has awarded grants to more than 200 community organizations.
