The flexibility of this facility will appeal to a wide spectrum of tenants,” said O’Brien.

2007-10-31 Reno, NV –Dermody Properties has appointed industrial development veteran Par Tolles, CCIM, as President of the company, effective Nov. 12. Tolles will oversee Dermody Properties’ corporate operations, including the six regional offices in Reno, Nev., Las Vegas, Nev., Portland, Ore., Savannah, Ga., Chicago, Ill., and Harrisburg, Penn. Michael Dermody will be the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and remain active in the vision, planning and development for the firm.

2007-07-12 Reno, NV -- Dermody Properties today announced that the newly formed ProLogis North American Properties Fund III has acquired the assets that were held in a joint venture between Dermody Properties and CalSTRS, the California State Teachers Retirement System. ProLogis is an international industrial REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) that owns, manages and develops distribution facilities.
