Brad Myers

Brad Myers joined DP Partners in 2001 as Regional Manager for the Company’s Las Vegas office. Myers oversees all operations for the Las Vegas area. While at DP Partners, Myers has developed 1.5 million square feet of big box distribution space.

Myers brings an extensive background of 20 years’ experience in management, development and marketing of commercial real estate. Prior to joining DP Partners, Myers worked as an Asset Services Leasing Specialist with CB Richard Ellis where he specialized in office properties. He also spent six years with McNeil Real Estate Management as the Area Vice President/Commercial Leasing for the Western United States. During his tenure there, he acquired extensive experience in leasing, asset management, construction management and property management.

In 2006, the Las Vegas office of DP Partners won three major industrial awards at the annual Spotlight Awards from the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP. The awards were for "Master Planned Industrial Park", "Industrial Building - Large Bay" and the very prestigious "Best Building - Industrial".
 
A graduate of Colorado State University, Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He is a corporate member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
 
When Myers is not conducting business in the Las Vegas office, he enjoys riding motorcycles and spending quality time with his family. He is actively involved with the local Muscular Dystrophy Association.
