Par Tolles - President
Par Tolles joined Dermody Properties as President of the company in November, 2007. He is responsible for all operations in the corporate office as well as the five regional offices.
With almost 20 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience, Tolles previously served as Principal and Area Director of the Trammell Crow Company in Nevada, where he was responsible for the land acquisition, development, financing, brokerage, marketing, construction and property management operations in the northern and southern Nevada markets. This included oversight of management contracts covering five million square feet of commercial real estate with an appraised value of more than $150 million. With the merger of CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow, Tolles also acted as Managing Director of the CB Richard Ellis offices in Reno, where he was responsible for the all day-to-day management of brokerage and property management including business development, client relations and strategic business planning.
Tolles is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and was President of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter in 2005. He is also a board member of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), Desert Research Institute and the northern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
