Meet the Executive Team of Dermody Properties
Michael McCabe - Vice President of Client Solutions
Michael J. McCabe, Vice President of Client Solutions, is responsible for the continued communication and relationship management activities with the many local and national clients of Dermody Properties/DP Partners. He joined DP in 2004 as Vice President of Leasing-Reno and at that time was responsible for the leasing activities of the 12 million SF Northern Nevada portfolio. McCabe has over 30 years of management experience in the industrial development, leasing, and third party logistics industries.
Prior to joining DP Partners, McCabe had an extensive 15-year career with ODC Integrated Logistics where his leadership positions in marketing, sales, transportation, and operations quickly lead him to Senior Vice President In 2002, ODC merged with Ozburn-Hessey Logistics and he became the Executive Vice President of Business Development. McCabe’s extensive industrial development, leasing and 3PL experience dates back to his position as President and Chief Operating Officer for the Pacific Freeport Group of Sparks, Nevada.
McCabe is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and has been a licensed U.S. Customhouse broker since 1978. In addition he has been a member of CSCMP/CLM since 1978 and a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council since 1989. Active in community affairs, he has served on numerous city, county and regional planning, and Chamber of Commerce boards. He also completed a five-year term on the Board of Trustees for the Airport Authority of Washoe County serving in offices of Treasurer, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board over operations of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
