Matthew Marshall

Matthew Marshall joined Dermody Properties/DP Partners in 2010 as an Associate Partner based in the Eastern Regional office in Pennsylvania. With over 20 years of industrial real estate experience, Marshall has managed transactions valued over $300 million and has had leasing responsibility for portfolios valued in excess of $1 billion. He is currently responsible for managing the company’s portfolio in both the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions and for directing all efforts relating to new acquisitions, dispositions and Build-to-Suit projects in these areas. 

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Marshall held the position of Vice President for CresaPartners and was a founding member of their supply chain steering committee. He was responsible for implementing real estate strategy to locate, develop and manage client manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout North America.  Other prestigious positions held include Corporate Officer for ProLogis in their Global Services Group based in New Jersey, where he focused on developing industrial Build-to-Suit lease opportunities. Additionally, he worked almost ten years with Trammell Crow Company as Senior Vice President, leading development strategy and spearheading new business for two key eastern regional offices. With a hugely successful track record of advising corporate tenants and institutional  investors, Marshall has managed relationships with clients including: AmerisourceBergen, Bose Corporation, Comcast, Canon USA, United Technologies Corporation, USAA and Wal Mart.

Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has earned Supply Chain Management certifications from both the Smeal School of Business at Pennsylvania State University and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.  As a committed supply chain professional, he is a long standing member in both Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Warehousing Research and Education Council (WERC). Completely committed to the growth and success of the commercial real estate industry, he is also an active participant with Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
